In diesem Workshop schaffen wir einen Raum für gemeinsame und gegenseitige Masturbation. Viele von uns haben Phantasien zu Gruppenmasturbation, die Umsetzung ist aber manchmal gar nicht so leicht. An diesem Abend versuchen wir spielerisch Vertrauen auf- und Hemmungen abzubauen und einen gemeinsamen Konsens zu finden, damit sich alle  wohlfühlen können. 

 

Wir experimentieren mit verschiedenen Aspekten, Konstellationen und Spielvarianten, die uns Lust bereiten: Voyeurismus, Exhibitionismus, Berührung, Phantasien, Wünsche und Grenzen.

 

Dabei kultivieren wir einen achtsamen und respektvollen Umgang mit uns selbst und unseren Spielpartnern.

 

Im Rahmen eines Pleasure Circles werden wir uns alleine oder mit anderen in Erregung und Ekstase bringen und uns durch die Energie der Gruppe inspirieren lassen. 

 

 

Ablauf: 

  • Vorstellungsrunde
  • Übungen: Warm Up, kurze Meditation, Gespräche
  • Berührungs- und Ausziehritual
  • Masturbationskreis
  • Schlussrunde

 

Wichtigste Regeln:

  • Es findet kein Oralverkehr oder penetrativer Sex statt
  • Gegenseitige Berührung und Masturbation sind erlaubt
  • Checke aber mit der Person die du berühren willst vorher ein, ob die Berührung willkommen ist
  • Achte und respektiere deine Grenzen und die der anderen
  • Du hast immer die Wahl, etwas zu tun / zuzulassen oder nicht 

 

WICHTIG: Wir beginnen pünktlich. Zu spät kommende werden nicht mehr eingelassen! Nur so können wir einen für die ganze Gruppe ausreichend sicheren Raum schaffen.

In this workshop, we create a space for shared and mutual masturbation. Many of us have fantasies about group masturbation, but sometimes it's not so easy to realize them. On this evening, we will try to playfully build trust, break down inhibitions and find a common consent so that everyone can feel comfortable. 

 

We will experiment with different aspects, constellations and play variations that give us pleasure: Voyeurism, exhibitionism, touch, fantasies, desires and boundaries.

 

In doing so, we cultivate a mindful and respectful approach to ourselves and our play partners.

 

As part of a Pleasure Circle, we will bring ourselves into excitement and ecstasy alone or with others and be inspired by the energy of the group. 

 

 

Procedure: 

  • Introduction round
  • Exercises: Warm up, short meditation, talks
  • Touching and undressing ritual
  • Masturbation circle
  • Closing round

 

Most important rules:

  • There is no oral sex or penetrative sex
  • Mutual touching and masturbation are allowed
  • Check with the person you want to touch beforehand whether the touch is welcome
  • Respect your boundaries and those of others
  • You always have the choice to do / allow something or not 

 

IMPORTANT: We start on time. Latecomers will not be allowed in! This is the only way we can create a safe space for the whole group.
